Friday's Fancies: Black & Gold

For today's Friday's Fancies link up over at Long Distance Loving, we are holding it down for our local Virginia Commonwealth University Rams. Even though neither of us went to school there, it's exciting to get behind the school spirit encompassing the area in which we live. Last Saturday night, we were both out in local bars supporting our VCU basketball players and coach Shaka Smart in a nail biting game against Indiana. In the end, our Rams came up one shot short, losing to Indiana 63-61. But nonetheless, VCU had a good run and we are still incredibly proud of their trip to the Final Four last year. In true HLNC fashion, we decided to put together a sporty, yet comfortable outfit to represent our team's colors...

  3. Great color combo, I don't usually wear yellow since I am so fair skinned and think it makes me look sick, but this yellow is darker and bold. I like it!

I wish I had the college sports experience.
