No Cramping Her Style: Jennifer Lawrence

Have you guys had enough of Jennifer Lawrence yet? We haven't! While we have not yet gone to see her in The Hunger Games (boo! hiss!) we have just fallen in love with her. And while she is blowing up the big screen as Katniss Everdeen she is also dominating the red carpet. While only in her early 20's, she looks like old Hollywood when she walks the carpet, whether it's for awards shows or for all of her recent movie premieres.

Can we say bombshell?? She rocked this Calvin Klein at the 2011 Oscars. We couldn't help but show this photo from last year because that red dress was meant for her body!

Calvin Klein is a favorite for the star. She looks stunning in this forest green dress that she recently wore in NYC at an event for the movie.

Jennifer looks sizzling in the gold dresses she wore for the premieres. She wore a cut-out Prabal Gurung in LA, a shimmery halter-style by Ralph Lauren in London and donned a backless with gold zippered detailing by Tom Ford in Paris. Is she channeling the "Girl on Fire" look? Hmmm...we think so!

What can we say? She has style (and a great stylist) as she can pull off a multitude of colors, shapes and styles and still manage to look fabulous in everything. The Hunger Games is not Jennifer's first film but it sure has catapulted her to the spotlight and we think she is definitely holding her own.

What do you guys think? Is she a red carpet hit? Please let us know your favorite look? We aren't sure we can pick just one!! And what did you think of her performance in the movie? We are planning to see it soon!

  5. I absolutely love Jennifer. She's been a favorite of mine since I saw her in Winter's Bone a couple of years ago! She is a rare talent. I love how she dresses, and I especially love the blue wave dress she wore (I don't remember the designer!). However, I do wish her posture was better, so she can show off her clothes a bit more nicely. But whatever, she's gorgeous!

  17. LOVE her! It's so refreshing to see a young star in Hollywood that isn't obsessed with plastic surgery or all over the tabloids for weird drama or for their own attention seeking glory. Plus she's gorgeous and talented, not a lot of actresses and can say that these days :-P

You're going to LOVE the movie! They did a fantastic job of adapting the book. They left a few things out, but for the most part were spot on. I already want to go back and see it again!

Film didn't show her in this kind of beautiful way, even though she did have evening gown scene, but of course she was a beauty on Hunger Games too! ^^ Now I'm just amazed. :>

  44. I feel like some of the looks are a little "old" for her, like the navy one. However, I LOVEEEEEEEEEEEEE the black dress with the gold trim back, and the red Calvin Klein dress.

    I'd die to wear those!

  45. I loved her gold dress - the one she wore to the LA premiere. I actually saw the movie in the same theater! But despite how amazing she was, I was a bit disappointed with the movie. I feel like too much important stuff was left out :(

    Still good though!
